Your account
Clerk manages sign-in, email confirmation, password recovery, profiles, and signed-in devices. It processes account identifiers, profile details, and essential authentication cookies. Google and Apple sign-in, when connected, use the provider profile and email information to authenticate your account.
Free trials and abuse prevention
We use a signed, essential browser cookie lasting up to one year to recognize browsers that have received a free trial. Trial claims are checked on the server against the verified account, a protected representation of its email address, and recent network activity. We store keyed hashes rather than raw email addresses or IP addresses in trial-protection records. Network identifiers become eligible for removal after seven days and are cleared during subsequent new trial activity. Account, mailbox, and browser trial records are retained to prevent repeat trials, including after sign-out or account closure, subject to review of deletion requests. We do not collect hardware fingerprints for this feature. Browser recognition is not proof of identity. If a shared device or network prevents your first trial, contact support for review; it does not prevent using a paid subscription.
Your saved work
Cloudflare hosts the application and stores account-owned reports, AI visibility answers, generated analyses, preferences, campaigns, recent businesses, action notes, and scan credit records. Action updates retain a dated history of the saved status and notes. Editing a note does not remove its earlier saved versions. Private notes and their history are excluded from shared report exports and report-analysis requests. Contact support to request deletion of notes or their history. Account access is checked on the server. Changing a verified email address does not transfer your reports to another account.
Connected features
When live scanning is connected, business names, keywords, and scan coordinates are sent to DataForSEO to obtain Google Maps results. When you request AI visibility, search keywords and the selected coordinates or city are sent to DataForSEO to collect Gemini or ChatGPT answers. Report analysis sends bounded saved-scan evidence to Cloudflare Workers AI when you click Generate AI analysis. An operator may instead configure the supported OpenAI model. Account emails and payment details are not included in report-analysis evidence. Subscription checkout and billing management use Stripe, which handles payment details. Optional Google Business Profile import requires a separate Google connection.
Maps and external sources
Map tiles use OpenStreetMap. AI answer source links open external websites with their own privacy practices. AI visibility and analysis are snapshots and may contain mistakes; review the original evidence before acting.
